At Craftlabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and size exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Craftlabel account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box to help us process your request faster.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
